Due to the prevalence of COVID-19 and under guidance from the UK Government, Our dance studio will be closed until further notice. During this time TTS will be delivering live and recorded online classes.
Please note :By logging on and taking part in these classes you are bound by the terms and conditions in this Disclaimer
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.If the child is under 18yrs the parent or guardian are fully responsible for the health and safety of the student participating in TTS online classes or Video’s.
2. You are able to provide at least 6ft of clear, flat floor space for the student’s use. Where no furniture, slip and/or trip hazards can be found.
3. Please be aware use of Tap Shoes may scratch your flooring, please supply a board or do Tap work in soft shoes.
4. You ensure the student is wearing appropriate uniform and footwear for online classes, you fully understand that as TTS are not providing these services in person, so we are unable to provide any first aid or safeguarding services.
5. You understand that TTS are in no way affiliated with the video software, and are not responsible for any changes, data loss or software malfunction as a result of using the equipment. You also agree to their separate terms of use.
6. Outdoor classes at teachers homes or public outdoor space. Please be aware that grass or hard areas may have uneven surfaces. TTS will not be held liable for any injury that may occur before during of after such classes. Students should not attend any outside classes if they or their family are experience any Covid 19 symptoms.
7. You will not hold TTS or anyone associated with TTS accountable for any injury sustained as part of these classes and will encourage the student to stop participating if uncomfortable, tired, sick or otherwise incapacitated.
